Pearl Distillery (Andhra Pradesh)

Incorporated in 1994, it is a leading distiller and bottler in Andhra Pradesh and was once the largest exclusive bottler and franchisee for Diageo in India. Its current setup includes two distillation units capable of producing 140 kilo liters of extra neutral alcohol (ENA) daily for use in whiskies, brandies, and vodkas. Its distillation units work with all major raw materials used in IMFL production including molasses, grain, and rectified spirit, allowing for great flexibility. Pearl Distillery has 23 automatic or semi-automatic lines currently in operation and a licensed capacity to produce 1.16 crore cases per year. It also manufactures blends for The Seven Seas Group’s in-house brands, marketed by a wholly owned subsidiary – Grayson’s Distillers and Vintners.

Mandovi Distillery & Breweries (Goa)

Founded in 2000 with the primary objective of manufacturing IMFL for USL in Goa, the company has the capacity to produce 18 lac cases per year. Additionally, it has launched Pursue Hard Seltzer, its in-house RTD brand.

Balaji Enterprises (Pondicherry)

Established in 1997 for the purpose of distributing USL products in the union territory of Pondicherry, Balaji Enterprises became the sole distributors for USL products during the year 2006 and currently controls about 50% of the total IMFL and beer business in Pondicherry. In 2017 Balaji Enterprises acquired a manufacturing unit owned by USL which has a production capacity of 15 Lac cases annually.

Esveeaar Distillery (Andhra Pradesh)

A manufacturer of IMFL brands, this unit sells its entire production quota of 30 lac cases per year to Andhra Pradesh Beverages Corporation Limited (APBCL), a fully owned and operated organization controlled by The Seven Seas Group.

Seven Seas Distillery (Kerala)

Established in 1981 as the exclusive manufacturer of IMFL for USL’s flagship brands in Kerala, Seven Seas Distilleries currently controls 33% of the total IMFL business in the state and has a total licensed capacity of 84 lac cases annually.
