A Journey Rooted in Tradition.
In the heart of South India, amidst the lush green landscapes and vibrant culture, Grayson’s Distillers and Vintners was born. Ours is a story interwoven with the rich tapestry of the region's history, traditions, and flavours.
The journey of Grayson’s is part of the natural evolution and growth of our promoting company – The Seven Seas Group. Our story stretches back to when our founder, Mr. Shivkumar Reddy, returned to India after completing his higher education from the United States. Upon his arrival he was introduced to the alcohol industry by his father-in-law, the Late Mr. Subbaram Reddy. It was at this time the opportunity to take over defunct business units of what was then McDowell & Co. Ltd. in Kerala, presented itself. This is where Mr. Reddy’s journey in the alcobev domain began with the setting up of The Seven Seas Group as a distilling and bottling business more than 25+ years ago. Grayson’s is the latest business unit of The Seven Seas Group, incorporated in 2018.
With spirits distilled near the outskirts of Chennai, Grayson’s has been created with a mission to create world-class beverages that celebrate the heritage of South India. From the very beginning, we have dedicated ourselves to delivering quality by meticulously selecting the finest grains and botanicals. We blend age-old techniques with modern innovation, resulting in a range of exquisite spirits that capture the spirit of the land.
At Grayson’s every step of the production process, from distillation to bottling, is carried out with utmost passion and care. As our footprint increases Grayson’s reputation for uncompromising quality and authenticity has spread far and wide beyond Tamil Nadu with a presence in several states across India.
